Tickets & refunds

Pricing

Every event has one regular price and one insider price that's $5 less. You get the insider price on every ticket when any of these is true (one at a time; they don't add up):

  • You buy two or more tickets in one order (bring a friend).
  • You book before the event's early-bird date.
  • You opened a friend's share link in the last 30 days (every paid order comes with one to share).

Welcome back: if you've painted with us before, every ticket you book is $5 less again, on top of any price above: a $35 early-bird ticket is $30. It applies automatically when you book with the same email. No code, no expiry.

There are no service or processing fees: the price you see is the price you pay, tax included.

Refunds

  • 7 or more days before the event: full refund.
  • 3 to 7 days before: canvases and supplies are being prepped, so refunds are at our discretion. We'll always offer a credit or transfer.
  • Less than 3 days before: no refund, but you can move your ticket to a future event or transfer it to a friend.

To request any of these, reply to your ticket email or write to info@ccbyalisha.com.

If we cancel

If we ever have to cancel an event, every ticket is refunded in full automatically, and we'll send you a code for the next event at that venue.

Age

Events are for adults: 21+ at breweries and bars, 18+ elsewhere. Each event page lists its age policy.

Your information

We use your name and email to send your tickets, reminders, and your event photos. We only send event announcements if you opt in, every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell your information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Ads and measurement

We advertise our nights on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads work, this site uses Meta's pixel and tells Meta when someone views a night, starts checkout or buys tickets. With a purchase we also send your email, phone and name in scrambled (hashed) form, with your IP address and browser, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. Meta uses this to measure and deliver ads, under its own terms. You can limit it in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or with a browser or extension that blocks trackers.
